Integrating her expertise in safety, advocacy and proactive risk identification, her recommendations are informed by over three decades of experience across industries, professions, and organizational levels – observing why some safety efforts succeed and many quietly fail.

Key Achievements
- Secured the nation’s first electric utility operational approval to fly unmanned aircraft systems from the Federal Aviation Administration
- Identified two technologies capable of reducing employee injury and fatality risks – providing a direct financial benefit in excess of $500,000
- Restored full STAR status to a manufacturing facility within OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program after a year-long probationary status under previous leadership
- Experienced 10% reduction in contractor injuries related to management of a public safety outreach program
Past Work
Project: Leveraging Robotics for Improved Organizational Safety
Company: ComEd
Overview: After securing the first-ever FAA approval for electric utility drone usage (operational use of unmanned aircraft systems), Linda led a proof-of-concept project and in-the-field pilot, all before standing up permanent drone functionality across ComEd. All stages of the project have proven ongoing benefits for organizational safety, environmental stewardship, operational efficiencies and beyond – all while being a positive case study for many other US utility providers.
